Careers at the Housing Trust Fund

The Housing Trust Fund of Santa Barbara County (HTF) has a small, committed staff dedicated to the agency’s mission to expand affordable and workforce housing opportunities for the residents of Santa Barbara County.

As a nonprofit loan fund and Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), HTF  raises capital, designs innovative housing solutions, provides low-cost affordable housing production loans, offers first-time homebuyer down payment assistance, and promotes innovations in housing construction.
